The Body Shop, a national treasure, had lost it‘s edge. Well recognised but tired, unmanageable and with sales declining, Morning were brought in to help the management team revive the brand in 2004.
We brought the core values of the business back to life under one new statement – Made with Passion – whilst re-designing the identity and creating comprehensive guidelines for key brand applications, including package and store signage.
The figures speak for themselves. The brand returned to a healthy profit and was sold to L‘Oreal in 2006 for £624million. Click thumbnail. |
